Experience: 2 to 3 years of agency experience and with a strong focus on performance marketing. Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable results.
Performance Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with performance marketing channels and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising, and affiliate marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve performance marketing goals and KPIs. Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing is preferred.
