Last updated 16 Sept 2026
This policy explains what personal data Nezler Technologies LLP collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights you have. It is written to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act") and the rules made under it, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Nezler Technologies LLP ("Nezler", "we", "us" or "our") is a digital marketing and web development agency. Our registered office is at Flat No. 302, Aadinath Apartment, A1 Wing, near Kendriya Vihar, Tamando, Badaraghunathpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 752054, India. For the personal data described in this policy, we are the Data Fiduciary, which means we decide why and how it is used.
This policy covers personal data we collect when you:
- visit nezlertech.com or one of our landing pages;
- send us an enquiry, request a quote or download a proposal;
- apply for a job or internship;
- call us or message us on WhatsApp; or
- work with us as a client, supplier or partner.
It does not cover personal data we handle on behalf of our clients, such as leads from campaigns we run for them (see section 13), or websites run by other organisations that we link to.

Data collected automatically
When you visit our website, the tools described in section 5 collect information such as your IP address, approximate location based on it, device type, operating system, browser, screen size, pages viewed, time spent, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, the website that referred you, advertising click identifiers and cookie identifiers.
3. How we use your personal data
We use personal data to:
- reply to your enquiry by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email, and discuss your requirements;
- prepare quotes and proposals and follow up on them;
- deliver our services, manage the engagement, send invoices and collect payment;
- review job and internship applications and contact candidates;
- tell you about our services, offers and updates that relate to your enquiry, until you ask us to stop;
- measure which ads, keywords and pages bring enquiries, and improve our website and marketing;
- show our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited our website;
- keep our website secure and prevent spam and misuse; and
- meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations and protect our legal rights.
We do not use your personal data for any purpose that is unrelated to these without telling you and, where required, asking for your consent.
4. Consent and the legal basis for using your data
- Consent. When you submit a form, request a quote or apply for a job, you agree to us using the details you provide for the purposes in this policy. A link to this policy is shown on our forms before you send them.
- Legitimate uses. The DPDP Act also allows personal data to be used without separate consent in limited cases, such as when you have voluntarily given it to us for a specific purpose, or when we must use it to comply with a law, court order or tax requirement.
- Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us as described in section 16. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. We will then stop using your data for that purpose and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect anything we did before it. If you withdraw consent that a service depends on, we may not be able to continue that service.
5. Cookies and tracking tools
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, scripts and browser storage. Our website uses the following tools, loaded through Google Tag Manager.
| Tool | Provider | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Google Tag Manager | Loads the other tools listed here on our website. | |
| Google Analytics 4 | Measures visits, pages viewed, traffic sources and enquiries so we can see what works. This data may be linked with our Google Ads account to measure which ads lead to enquiries. | |
| Meta Pixel | Meta Platforms | Tells Meta when people who saw or clicked our ads visit our pages or send an enquiry, so we can measure our ads and show ads to past visitors on Facebook and Instagram. |
| Microsoft Clarity | Microsoft | Records how visitors use our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and creates heatmaps and session recordings. We use these to find and fix usability problems, not to identify individual visitors. |
Our website also uses your browser's storage to keep your advertising click and UTM details during your visit, so they can be attached to your enquiry, and to remember that you have closed our cookie notice.
Your choices
- We show a cookie notice when you first visit our website.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or browse in private mode.
- You can install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits.
- You can manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in the ad preferences section of your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Blocking cookies will not stop our website from working, but it may stop us from knowing which ad or page brought you to us.
6. Who we share your personal data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Google: Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, where form submissions and quote details are stored; Google Drive, where CVs are stored; and Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Meta: Meta Pixel, for measuring and showing ads; and WhatsApp, when you message us or we message you.
- Microsoft: Microsoft Clarity.
- Our website hosting provider, which serves our website and may log IP addresses and requests.
- CRM, calling and messaging tools that we use to manage and follow up on enquiries.
- Our team, freelancers and partner offices, who need the data to respond to you or deliver services and who must keep it confidential.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants, auditors and lawyers.
- Banks and payment gateways, to process payments.
- Government bodies, courts, regulators or law enforcement agencies, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety or property.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is reorganised, merged or sold, who must continue to protect your data in line with this policy.
Service providers handle data under their own terms and privacy policies. We choose providers that use reasonable security safeguards.
7. Transfers outside India
Google, Meta, Microsoft and some of our other providers may store or process personal data on servers outside India. The DPDP Act allows this, except to countries or territories that the Government of India restricts by notification. We will follow any such restriction.
8. How long we keep your data
| Type of data | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Enquiries, calls, messages, quote requests and proposals | Up to 3 years after our last contact with you |
| Job and internship applications, including CVs | Up to 12 months after you apply |
| Client contracts, invoices, payment and tax records | As long as tax, accounting and other laws require |
| Website analytics and session recordings | For the period set in each tool's retention settings |
After that, we delete the data or anonymise it so that it no longer identifies you. We may keep data for longer only if the law requires it or it is needed for a legal claim. If you are hired, your application becomes part of your employment records.
9. How we protect your data
We use reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. These include limiting access to people who need it, password protection and, where available, two-step verification on the accounts that store your data, and secure (HTTPS) connections on our website.
No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and the people affected, as the law requires.
10. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access: ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and who we have shared it with.
- Correction and updating: ask us to correct inaccurate or misleading data, complete incomplete data, and update your data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent: withdraw consent you have given, at any time.
- Grievance redressal: raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer and receive a response.
- Nominate: nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to exercise them.

13. Data we handle for our clients
When we build lead forms, landing pages, CRM or WhatsApp workflows, or run ad campaigns for a client, the leads and customer data collected belong to that client. We will help the client respond.
