Websites that load fast, rank and bring enquiries
We design and build launch microsites, corporate websites and booking sites. Microsites typically go live in 3 to 7 days, with SEO, analytics and lead capture set up before launch, not added later.
Choosing a website development company usually comes down to a few polished screenshots and a quote. What decides whether the site pays for itself is harder to see in a pitch: how quickly it loads on a mid-range phone over mobile data, whether Google can read it, and what happens to an enquiry in the first five minutes after someone submits a form.
We have shipped 11 websites across real estate, events, food, healthcare and hospitality, and they are all on our work page, most with a recorded walkthrough of the live site, so you can judge how it behaves rather than how it looks in a mock-up. The Motwani Lordsway Sanskruti launch microsite went live in 5 days. Builds with custom features take longer: the scroll-controlled tower reveal on Vumee Amrapalli took 30.
Every build is SEO-first. Headings, page titles, schema markup, image compression and analytics are handled during development. Property sites carry the project's walkthrough film, floor plans and RERA details, and forms send each lead to a Google Sheet and a WhatsApp alert as soon as it arrives.
What's included in website development
Launch microsites and landing pages

Corporate and brand websites
Multi-page sites that show your track record, projects, leadership and awards, structured so your team can keep them current.
Booking and reservation sites
Availability checks, seat reservations and consultation booking, as we built for Nehamrit Farms, Kataka Food Fest and Kayakriti.
UI and UX design
Page layouts designed around how your buyers decide, shared for your approval before any code is written.
SEO-first build
One H1 per page, clean URLs, schema markup, an XML sitemap, compressed media and sensible internal links from day one.
Lead capture and routing
Forms and brochure downloads that push each enquiry to a Google Sheet, a WhatsApp alert or your CRM the moment it is submitted.
Film, motion and 3D
Walkthrough films, animated heroes and scroll-controlled renders, compressed and lazy-loaded so they do not slow the first screen.

Who this works for
Good fit
- You need a launch microsite or landing page live before a campaign, launch or event date.
- You care more about enquiries and speed on mobile than about design awards.
- Someone on your side can give feedback within a day, so fast timelines hold.
Not a fit
- ✕You want a ready-made template site at the lowest possible price.
- ✕Approvals depend on many people with no single decision-maker.
- ✕You expect the website alone to create demand, with no SEO, ads or promotion behind it.
Cost depends on the number of page templates, how much copy and imagery we create, custom features such as booking or 3D, and the integrations required. Hosting and maintenance after launch are available as separate plans. You get a written scope, timeline and cost range after the first call, before you commit.
What a website development company should deliver before launch
Whoever builds your site, ask for these to be done and demonstrated before the domain goes live. Each one is cheap during the build and expensive to fix later.
- Speed on a real phone. Open the staging link on a mid-range Android phone over mobile data. Google treats a Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds as good; if the first screen visibly crawls, buyers leave before the headline loads.
- A test lead, end to end. Submit the form yourself and watch it arrive in the Sheet, the WhatsApp alert and the CRM. Forms that email a shared inbox nobody checks are the most common way websites lose enquiries.
- Tracking that fires. GA4 should record the form submission as a conversion, and ad pixels should fire on the thank-you step, not on every page view.
- Search basics. One H1 per page, a unique title and description, an XML sitemap, no leftover "noindex" from staging, and schema markup that matches the page.
- Ownership in your name. Domain, analytics and ad pixels should sit in accounts you control, and hosting should be easy to move if you ever change provider.
- Compliance details. A privacy policy, consent wording on forms and, for property projects, the RERA registration number where buyers can see it.
What drives the cost of a website
Page count matters less than people expect. Ten service pages that share one template cost far less than four pages that each need a unique layout. The real drivers are:
- Templates and custom layouts. Each distinct page design adds design and build time.
- Content creation. Writing copy, sourcing photos, cutting walkthrough films or generating visuals with AI tools, as we did for Milloz Foods, is often the largest hidden cost.
- Custom features. Booking engines, seat reservations, calculators and 3D scroll sequences take real engineering time.
- Integrations. CRMs, payment gateways, booking systems and marketing tools each need building and testing.
- Editing needs. A site your team updates weekly needs a CMS set up for them; a campaign microsite may not.
Common mistakes when commissioning a website
- Judging on mock-ups alone. Ask for live URLs and use them on your phone.
- Heavy hero videos. A 30 MB background video looks beautiful on office Wi-Fi and fails on 4G. Films should be compressed and loaded after the first screen.
- Leaving SEO for later. URL structure and page hierarchy are hard to change after launch without losing traffic. If you already have an ageing site that ranks, read about website redesign first.
- No plan for traffic. A new website does not bring visitors on its own. Decide before launch whether SEO, ads or both will send people to it.
How to compare website development companies
Shortlist on live work in a similar category, not on price alone. Ask each company who designs and who codes, whether that work stays in-house, what happens if a deadline slips, and how leads reach your team. If you are a developer or builder, see how we approach real estate websites, where RERA details, floor plans and site-visit capture shape the whole build.

Questions people ask us
How long does it take to build a website?
Launch microsites typically take 3 to 7 days. Motwani Lordsway Sanskruti went live in 5 days and Milloz Foods in 3. Multi-page project and corporate sites with custom features have taken 12 to 60 days. The biggest variable is content, so timelines hold best when photos, copy and approvals are ready on time.
How much does website development cost in India?
It depends on scope, which is why we do not publish a price list. A single-page launch microsite and a booking site with a custom CMS are very different jobs. The main cost drivers are page templates, content creation, custom features and integrations. After a short call you get a written scope and a cost range.
Which technology do you build websites on?
Whatever suits the job. We have built fast, animation-heavy sites on Next.js, lightweight and booking sites on PHP, a redesign on WordPress with Elementor, and a custom CMS for a clinic that needed its own content structure. You own the code, domain and hosting accounts.
Will my new website rank on Google?
An SEO-first build removes the technical reasons a site fails to rank, but rankings also depend on content, competition and authority built over time. Nobody honest can promise positions. If search traffic matters to you, plan ongoing SEO alongside the build rather than after launch.
Do we own the website and domain?
Yes. The domain, code, content and analytics accounts are registered to you, or transferred to you at handover. If you want us to run the site after launch, we offer hosting and maintenance plans, priced on request against the size of the site, and you can move it whenever you choose. Nothing about your website should depend on staying with any one agency.
Can the website send leads to our CRM and WhatsApp?
Yes. By default, forms send each enquiry to a Google Sheet and a WhatsApp alert for your sales team. We can also connect a CRM that accepts leads by API or webhook, send buyers an automatic acknowledgement, and tag each lead with the page and campaign it came from.
