Paid campaigns measured in qualified leads, not clicks

We plan, build and run Google, Meta and YouTube campaigns, and handle the landing page, tracking and follow-up ourselves. Across four real estate campaigns, ₹10,48,976 of spend produced 5,642 leads at ₹186 each.

Why it matters

Most businesses hire a performance marketing agency after a disappointing run with ads: plenty of leads on the dashboard, very few that pick up the phone. The platform is rarely the real problem. The leak is usually in the gaps between the ad, the landing page and what happens after someone fills in a form.

We close those gaps by owning the whole path. The same team researches your market, builds the landing page, produces the creatives, sets up tracking and sends every lead to your sales team on WhatsApp. Campaigns are then judged on the numbers your business runs on: cost per qualified lead, site visits, bookings and sales.

Real estate is where we have published the most proof. Four Mumbai-region campaigns on Meta and Google, including Hiranandani Fortune City in Panvel and Paradise Group's Sai Sun City and Shubharambh in Kharghar, generated 5,642 leads from ₹10,48,976 of ad spend and sold homes worth ₹45.37 crore, a 433X blended return on ad spend. Outside property, Go Holidays ran Facebook and Instagram campaigns with us to sell Thailand trips and describes the returns as impressive.

How we work

The process, step by step

Campaigns typically go live 7 to 10 working days after kickoff, and the full cycle from audit to scaling takes about 19 working days. Cost per qualified site visit usually settles between weeks 4 and 8. Fast-track options are available when a launch date is close.

  1. Audit

    1 day

Accounts, pages, tracking and recent leads checked, so we know what is leaking before spending anything new.

  2. Competitor research

    2 days

Competing offers, creatives, price points and the keywords rivals bid on in your market.

  3. Landing page and creative

    5 days

A dedicated page for the offer and a first set of creatives, built to test several angles at once.

  4. Test campaigns

    5 days

Small budgets across audiences, placements and creatives. The goal this week is information, not volume.

  5. Optimise and evaluate

    6 days

Losing ads cut, winners given budget, and every lead scored against budget, authority, need and timeline with your sales team.

  6. Scale

    Ongoing

Budget increases only where cost per qualified lead holds, with fresh creative and new audiences added each cycle.

Honest fit

Who this works for

Good fit

  • You can keep a steady ad budget for at least two to three months. For real estate we suggest ₹50,000 to ₹1 lakh a month in spend to start.
  • Someone on your side calls leads the same day and tells us which ones were genuine.
  • Each sale is worth enough that cost per lead can be judged against real revenue.

Not a fit

  • ✕You want guaranteed leads or bookings. Nobody honest can promise those.
  • ✕Your sales team cannot follow up with new leads within a day.
  • ✕You want success judged on likes, reach or the cheapest possible clicks.

Management is a flat monthly retainer, separate from ad spend, which you pay to Google or Meta directly. Our published real estate plans are Launch at ₹50,000, Growth at ₹85,000 and Scale at ₹1,50,000 a month, excluding GST and ad spend. Other industries are quoted after the audit.

How a performance marketing agency should report to you

Ask any agency which numbers it will report, and in what order. Platform metrics such as impressions, click-through rate and cost per click are useful for diagnosing problems, but they do not tell you whether the campaign is working. The measures that matter run down the funnel:

Stage What to track Why it matters
Lead Cost per lead Easy to push down by attracting the wrong people
Qualified lead Cost per qualified lead Filters out wrong numbers, browsers and poor fits
Site visit or meeting Cost per visit The first sign of real buying intent
Sale Cost per sale and return on ad spend The number the business actually runs on

We qualify leads using BANT: does the person have the budget, the authority to decide, a real need and a timeline to buy? Our target for real estate campaigns is more than 70% BANT-qualified leads.

What decides your cost per lead

  • The offer. Price, location, payment plans and urgency matter more than any targeting setting.
  • The landing page. A slow page or a long form can double your cost per lead before an ad is even judged.
  • Creative freshness. Audiences stop responding to the same ad. Budget for new creatives every month.
  • Speed to lead. A lead called in five minutes is far more likely to convert than one called the next day. This is why we pair campaigns with lead nurturing automation.

Mistakes that waste ad budget

  1. Optimising for the cheapest lead. Platforms will find people who fill forms easily, not people who buy.
  2. Scaling before quality is proven. Doubling budget on a campaign that produces unqualified leads doubles the problem.
  3. No feedback from sales. If the ad platform never learns which leads converted, it cannot find more like them.
  4. Changing everything at once. In the first fortnight, change one variable at a time so the results mean something.
  5. Letting the agency own the account. Your history, audiences and pixel data should stay with you.

Where to go from here

If buyers already search for what you sell, start with Google Ads. If you need to create demand or launch something new, Meta Ads usually move faster. Most developers run both. FAQ

Questions people ask us

What does a performance marketing agency actually do?

It plans and runs paid campaigns where success is measured by an action, such as a lead, a site visit or a sale, rather than by impressions. In practice that means research, campaign setup, creatives, landing pages, tracking, daily optimisation and reporting. We also route leads to your sales team, because slow follow-up wastes good leads.

How is the 433X return on ad spend calculated?

It is the value of homes sold divided by ad spend. Across four Mumbai-region real estate campaigns, ₹10,48,976 of spend led to sales worth ₹45.37 crore. The campaigns ran on Meta and Google, and the figures come from their ad accounts and the developers' closed-deal records. It is not the developer's profit, and it is not a promise for future campaigns.

How much should we spend on ads?

Enough for the platforms to learn and for you to judge lead quality. For real estate, we suggest ₹50,000 to ₹1 lakh a month on the Launch plan, ₹1.5 lakh to ₹4 lakh on Growth and ₹4 lakh or more on Scale. For other sectors we recommend a figure after the audit, based on your cost per sale.

How soon will we see leads?

Campaigns usually go live 7 to 10 working days after kickoff, and leads start arriving during the test phase. The first week is for learning which audiences and creatives work. Cost per qualified site visit normally settles between weeks 4 and 8, once enough leads have been scored with your sales team.

Who owns the ad accounts and data?

You do. Ad accounts, pixels, audiences, lead data and the landing pages we build are set up in your name, and we work with partner access. If you stop working with us, everything stays with you and campaigns can continue without rebuilding from scratch.

Do you only run campaigns for real estate?

No. Real estate is where most of our published results come from, but we have also run Facebook and Instagram campaigns for Go Holidays, a travel company, and ad campaigns for Vidyarthi College. The method is the same in any sector, with qualified leads and sales as the measure.
