Real estate websites buyers can judge from a phone
Launch microsites, typically live in 3 to 7 days, plus full project sites and corporate websites for developers, each with the price band, floor plans, walkthrough, location and RERA details a buyer needs before booking a site visit.
Real estate website design has one job that many developer sites miss: helping a buyer decide whether a project is worth a weekend visit. That decision is usually made on a phone, often straight after tapping an ad. If the price band is hidden, the floor plans sit inside a blurry PDF or the walkthrough film stalls, the buyer goes back to the listing portal.
We build three kinds of property websites. Launch microsites put a single project in front of buyers, typically in 3 to 7 days, so ads can start on time. Full project sites carry the detail serious buyers look for, from floor plans by wing to the connectivity map. Corporate websites show a developer's track record and send each visitor to the right project.
The proof is live. The Sanskruti launch microsite shipped in 5 days, Vumee Amrapalli reveals its tower as the visitor scrolls, and the Motwani Constructions corporate site was built in 7 days. Every site is wired for leads from day one, with forms that reach your sales team on WhatsApp and tracking that feeds your real estate lead generation campaigns.
What we do for you
Launch microsites
A single-project site with a hero film or render, price band, configurations, amenities and a site-visit form, typically live in 3 to 7 days.
Pre-launch teaser pages
A mood-led page that builds interest before the full reveal, within what RERA rules allow at that stage.
Full project websites
Floor plans by tower or wing, specifications, amenities, gallery, construction updates, connectivity map and walkthrough films.
Corporate developer websites
Track record, completed, ongoing and upcoming projects, leadership and awards, with every project linked to its own page.
RERA details on every project page

Site-visit and brochure capture
Short forms, brochure downloads and WhatsApp buttons, with every lead sent to your sheet or CRM and your sales team instantly.
Speed and SEO built in
Compressed renders, lazy-loaded galleries, clean page structure and schema markup, so pages load quickly on mobile data and can rank.

- Lead forms with WhatsApp routing

The process, step by step
A launch microsite typically takes 3 to 7 days. Richer builds take longer. The Stalwart teaser took 12 days, Vumee Amrapalli 30 days and the Z Estates project, covering a redesign, a shoot and CMS setup, 60 days, depending on pages, animation and content.
Brief and assets
Day 1We collect renders, floor plans, price bands, RERA details, the brochure and any walkthrough film, and agree the one action the site must drive.
Structure and design
Days 1 to 3 for a micrositePage structure and visual design built around how buyers compare projects. Project and corporate sites spend longer here, depending on pages and animation.
Build
Days 3 to 6 for a micrositeA responsive build with forms, WhatsApp routing, tracking and schema wired in, plus any scroll film or animated hero.
Test on phones and launch
Final daySpeed checks on a mid-range phone over mobile data, test submissions through every form, and tracking verified before any ad points at the site.
Improve after launch
OngoingWatch where visitors drop off, test headlines and forms, and add construction updates and new inventory as the project moves.

Vumee Amrapalli
A launch microsite for luxury 2 to 3.5 BHK apartments in Patia, Bhubaneswar, built around a scroll-controlled tower reveal.

Stalwart Atmosphere
The full project site that followed the teaser: 476 three and four BHK residences facing Bharatpur Reserve Forest in Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar.
Who this works for
Good fit
- You have renders, floor plans and RERA details ready, or can get them within a few days.
- You want the site to feed campaigns and your sales team, not just sit on a visiting card.
- One person on your side can approve design and copy quickly.
Not a fit
- ✕You need a site live tomorrow with no assets or approvals in place.
- ✕You want a listing portal with thousands of third-party properties.
- ✕You want an elaborate 3D experience in three days. Heavy animation takes weeks, not days.
Websites are quoted as a fixed project fee once we know the type of site, the number of pages and which assets already exist. A microsite built from ready renders costs less than a site with a scroll-controlled 3D sequence.
Real estate website design checklist
The first screen on a phone
- Project name, location and configurations, such as 2, 3 and 4 BHK
- A starting price or price band
- One clear action: book a site visit or download the brochure
- The RERA registration number, visible without hunting
Further down the page
- Floor plans as zoomable images, not only inside a PDF
- A walkthrough film that loads only when someone presses play
- A location map with travel times to real landmarks
- Amenities, specifications and construction progress
- The developer's track record, with completed projects
Behind the scenes
- A form with no more fields than your sales team needs
- Leads sent to WhatsApp and to a sheet or CRM the moment they arrive
- Pixel and conversion tracking tested with real submissions
- Schema markup for the organisation and the project FAQs
Microsite, project site or corporate site
A launch microsite gets one project in front of buyers fast. Sanskruti, a 2, 3 and 4 BHK project at Siula on the road to Puri, needed to feel rooted in Odia culture and be ready for ads within a week. It shipped in 5 days with an animated Rath Yatra hero, the project walkthrough film and a brochure download that captures every interested visitor.
A project website carries the detail buyers want once the first interest turns serious. Stalwart began with a 12-day pre-launch teaser, where scrolling plays a film from forest to clouds to the rising tower. The full Stalwart Atmosphere project site followed, covering 476 three and four BHK homes in three wings of 32 floors on 4.45 acres, with floor plans by wing, a connectivity map and SEO built in from the start.
A corporate website sells the developer, then routes visitors to the right project. The Motwani Constructions site, built in 7 days, presents projects, leadership and awards. The Z Estates redesign shows a developer that has built in Odisha since 1984, with more than 30 projects organised as past, current and upcoming.
Developers with more than one active project usually need a corporate site plus a page or microsite for each project. Pages that should rank for a project name are best kept on your main domain, and our real estate SEO page explains why.
Speed on phones is a sales problem
A buyer who taps an ad on mobile data will not wait for a full-resolution render to appear. Google treats a Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds as good, which is a sensible minimum for any project page.
- Export renders as WebP or AVIF, sized for phone screens
- Show a poster image in the hero and load the walkthrough film on demand
- Lazy-load galleries and floor plans below the first screen
- Load scroll animations in stages so the first frames appear immediately
- Test on a mid-range Android phone over mobile data, not office Wi-Fi
- Remove chat widgets and trackers that nobody uses
Questions people ask us
How long does a real estate website take?
A launch microsite for one project typically takes 3 to 7 days once renders, floor plans and RERA details are ready, and Sanskruti went live in 5. A pre-launch teaser with a scroll-controlled film took 12 days, a luxury site with a tower reveal took 30 days, and the Z Estates project, which covered a redesign, a shoot and CMS setup, took 60 days.
Do we need a microsite, a project site or a corporate site?
Use a microsite when one project needs to start advertising soon. Build a full project site when buyers need deep detail, such as floor plans by wing or construction updates, and you want it to rank. A corporate site suits developers with several projects, where brand searches and track record matter. Many developers need a corporate site plus a page for each active project.
Should we show prices on the website?
In most cases, show at least a starting price or a price band. Buyers filter by budget first, and a hidden price brings enquiries you cannot convert while putting off serious buyers who assume the worst. If pricing changes often, show a starting figure on the page and send the full price sheet with the brochure after the form.
Will scroll animations slow the site down on phones?
They can if they are built carelessly. A sequence like the Vumee Amrapalli tower reveal needs compressed frames, loading in stages and a lighter fallback for slow connections. We test on mid-range Android phones over mobile data before launch, because that is how many buyers first see a project, usually straight from an ad.
What RERA information should a project website show?
Each project page should show the RERA registration number and the website of the state authority where buyers can check the details, along with any disclaimers the project needs. Some states add their own rules, such as QR codes on project advertising in Maharashtra, so check the current requirements for your state. We place these details in the page template so they appear on every project page.
Do we own the website?
Yes. The site, the domain and the content belong to you, and so do the landing pages we build for your campaigns. Analytics, tracking and ad accounts are set up in your name from the start, so if we stop working together, everything stays with you and another team can pick it up. Hosting and maintenance plans are available if you want us to look after the site after launch.
