Z Estates: a website redesign and SEO for a developer trusted since 1984
A redesigned website for Z Estates, then SEO that grew ranking keywords from 4 to 95 and monthly visits from 136 to 758.
The brief
Z Estates has built in Odisha since 1984 and completed more than 30 projects, but its website did not show that legacy or its current and upcoming projects. It ranked for only 4 keywords and drew 136 visits a month.
What we did
We redesigned the site with a minimal, confident layout that presents past, current and upcoming projects, with quote requests throughout. The 60 days covered the redesign, a shoot and the CMS setup. In the second phase we ran an SEO programme across technical fixes, on-page optimisation and content.
What changed
Other projects
Motwani Lordsway Sanskruti
A cinematic launch microsite for a residential project on the sacred road to Puri, with Odia art direction and a Rath Yatra animated hero.
Vumee Amrapalli
A launch microsite for luxury 2 to 3.5 BHK apartments in Patia, Bhubaneswar, built around a scroll-controlled tower reveal.
