Custom software

Software built around how your business actually works

Web applications, internal dashboards, customer portals and CRM and WhatsApp workflows. We build software we have to run ourselves, which is why we build it to be maintained rather than demoed.

Discuss a build
Why it matters

Most businesses reach the same point. The spreadsheet that ran one process now runs five, three people maintain their own copy, and the work that matters sits in WhatsApp messages nobody can search. Off-the-shelf software either does a fraction of what you need or ten times too much, and the enterprise option costs more than the problem.

We build the software in between. Not a demo, and not a platform you will spend six months configuring, but a web application shaped around the way your team already works, that your team will actually open on a Monday morning.

The strongest thing we can show you is our own product. Nezler Connect is built, hosted and run by this team: the official WhatsApp Business Platform, an AI knowledge base built from a client's own documents, a shared inbox with roles and routing, campaign sending, a channel partner engine that settles lead ownership in real time, and usage-based credit billing. Every problem we solve for a client in a custom build, we have already had to solve for ourselves in production.

What you get

What's included in software development

01

Custom web applications

Products, portals and internal tools with their own logins, permissions, data model and reporting, built for the way your business runs rather than a generic template.

02

Internal dashboards and admin panels

One screen that shows the numbers your team currently rebuilds by hand each week, with the controls to act on them in the same place.

03

CRM and lead management

Lead capture, assignment, ownership rules, follow-up and reporting, connected to the channels your enquiries actually come from.

04

WhatsApp Business API integration

Your own verified number on Meta's Cloud API, connected to your software so enquiries, alerts, templates and conversations sit in the same system as everything else.

05

Workflow and process automation

The steps your team repeats every day, handed to the software. Routing, reminders, approvals, status changes and the reports that follow them.

06

Integrations

Connecting the tools you already pay for, so data moves between your website, sheets, ad platforms, payment gateway and messaging without anyone copying and pasting.

07

User accounts, roles and permissions

Sign-in, roles for owners, managers and agents, and rules that decide who can see and change what, with an audit trail where it matters.

08

Hosting, monitoring and maintenance

We deploy it, watch it, patch it and stay responsible for it after launch, on a maintenance plan sized to the build.

  • A written scope with the data model and screens agreed before any code
  • The working application on your own domain or subdomain
  • Admin access, user roles and permissions configured
  • Integrations connected and tested with live credentials
  • Deployment, backups and monitoring set up
  • Handover walkthrough and documentation for your team
  • A maintenance and support plan for after launch
How we work

The process, step by step

A focused internal tool usually takes 3 to 6 weeks. A full web application with accounts, dashboards and integrations usually takes 8 to 16 weeks, depending on how much of the process is already written down. Fast-track delivery is available at extra cost.

  1. Discovery and scope

    Week 1

We map the process as it runs today, including the parts that live in people's heads, then agree what the first version must do and what can wait.

  2. Data model and screens

    Week 1 to 2

The structure the software stores, and a click-through of every screen, approved by you before development starts.

  3. Build in stages

    Ongoing

We build the core first and show it working, so you are reacting to real software rather than a document, and the scope can still flex.

  4. Your team tests it

    Before launch

The people who will use it daily use it on real data, with you deciding when it is ready rather than us.

  5. Launch and handover

    Launch week

Deployment, monitoring and backups, then training for your team and written documentation.

  6. Maintain and extend

    After launch

Fixes, updates and the next set of features, on an agreed plan rather than ad hoc.

Honest fit

Who this works for

Good fit

  • Your process runs on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups or paper and has outgrown them
  • You have evaluated off-the-shelf software and it does too little or far too much
  • You need WhatsApp, your website and your lead data in one system rather than three
  • You want the people who built it to stay responsible for running it
  • You can give us access to the team who actually do the work today

Not a fit

  • ✕You want a mobile app for the app stores, which we do not build today
  • ✕You need the cheapest possible build and no maintenance afterwards
  • ✕The requirements cannot be decided by anyone available during the project
  • ✕You need enterprise compliance certifications, which we do not hold

Custom software is quoted from the scope, because two builds that sound alike rarely are. Put your requirements through our quote builder for an indicative price, or book a call and we will give you a range before you commit to anything.

FAQ

Questions people ask us

What have you actually built?

Our own product, Nezler Connect, is the clearest example. It runs the official WhatsApp Business Platform, an AI knowledge base built from a client's own website and documents, a shared inbox with roles and routing, campaign sending, a channel partner engine that checks every incoming lead against existing records and assigns ownership, and usage-based credit billing. We also build custom content management systems inside client websites, such as the one the Kayakriti team uses to manage its own treatment pages.

Who owns the code?

You do, for work we build for you. On handover you get the code, the accounts and the deployment, and you are free to take it to another team. We would rather keep your business by being useful than by holding your software.

Where does it run, and what does hosting cost?

Usually on a cloud platform chosen for the build, in an account owned by you so you keep control and can see the bills. Hosting cost depends entirely on the application and its traffic. We will give you an estimate during scoping and a maintenance plan price alongside it.

Can you connect WhatsApp to software we already have?

Yes. We connect the official WhatsApp Business Platform to existing systems as well as to software we build. If you would rather not build at all, Nezler Connect may already do what you need.

What happens if we need changes after launch?

That is the normal case, not an exception. Every build ends with a maintenance and support plan covering fixes, updates and a budget for new work, so changes have an agreed route rather than a new negotiation each time.

Do you work with our existing development team?

Yes. We take a defined piece, agree the interfaces and work alongside them. We will say plainly at the start whether splitting the work that way will help or slow things down.
