The brief

Motwani Constructions, one of Bhubaneswar's best-known builders, had strong offline visibility but was invisible online. Aggregator portals such as MagicBricks and 99acres took the search results, and the site had zero rankings for city-based buyer searches. Schema was missing, there was no internal linking structure, and the content did not satisfy buyer intent.
